Is fear holding you back?

Is fear holding you back?

Is fear holding you back?

Fear isn’t the enemy.

In fact, it can be an ally.

Fear is a primal response.

It's hardwired into our brains.

A built-in alarm system keeping us safe.

It's there to keep us safe.

To alert us to danger.

But fear isn’t a sign you shouldn’t do something.

It’s a sign that you care - that something meaningful is at risk.

Because fear? It can push you in good ways.

To step outside your comfort zone.

To strive for something better.

If you read the stories of successful entrepreneurs, you’ll be hard-pressed to find one who hasn’t faced fear and failure.

But they didn't let it stop them.

They grew from it.

It's not about avoiding fear. (I mentioned this in Fear fearing Fear)

It’s about understanding where it’s coming from.

And learning how to leverage it for your benefit.

Next time fear creeps in, ask yourself: 'What am I truly afraid of?'
